Various dosing principles
Depending on the used dosing equipment, the system doses in accordance with various dosing principles, including simple (single capacity), Coarse/Middle/Fine and self-optimizing algorithm (with optional ALFRA dose&weigh software). This enables achieving various levels of accuracy. When used in combination with the optional ALFRA dose&weigh software, an optimal relationship between dosing time and accuracy can be achieved, and less operator interaction is required.

PROMASST Batch Dosing Automation features a dosing algorithm, which among others uses adjustable switching off positions, dosing capacities, automatic after-flow correction and a highly advanced tolerance monitoring.

All kinds of dosing equipment
All kinds of dosing equipment, slides, dosing screws and magnet carriers with grid slides can be controlled. Manual additions and liquid dosing can also be controlled. PROMASST Batch Dosing Automation is compatible with all ALFRA systems, and can replace the old Amup, SDC or other out-of-date systems. Further possibilities include executing dosing in several phases, for example for liquid dosing and additions. In-between discharges are also possible. Options include data communication with external systems, plus advanced management and quality information (such as tracking & tracing, reporting etc.).
