The PROMASST MIS Management Information System provides easy access to data for process optimization, quality control and equipment maintenance. All information is based on real-time process data and can be used to monitor and adjust production figures and optimizing production capacity in terms of quantity and quality. Detailed production data
Detailed production data is available on all levels for reports and to be displayed on on-line performance monitors to help managers and operators make decision. You can track and trace production from raw material to finished product and back using several algorithms.

Key Performance Indicators
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) can be displayed for operators and managers on a custom-configured screen. Defining and monitoring KPIs help maximize the process line efficiency. Operators can see how lines are performing, and take action to stay on target. In addition to displaying KPIs in PROMASST, they can also be displayed remotely on any computer via an Internet browser.

Production and maintenance planning
Production planning supports you in arranging an optimum production program. An optional maintenance module enables you to plan (preventive) maintenance and schedule downtime. Feed your maintenance program from your control system (configuration-tree & operating data).

Dedicated database and reporting tool
Data from all your processes and equipment is replicated to a dedicated database. A standard Microsoft software tool (SQL Server Reporting Services) is used to create useful reports from replicated data en external databases. This tool is easily configured to display the performance parameters in real time. You can choose the KPIs that are important to your processes, for example, how your line is running in terms of input tonnage, amount produced, amount of product loaded and the power (kW) used.
