How does it exactly work? And what can you, as customer, expect?

A project is limited in time; it has a clear start and a clear end. As a customer you work with a project manager. This project manager is responsible for the execution of your order.

The project manager, your address point
During the project, until the delivery, the project manager is and stays the address point for all disciplines. In this way passing on of the project to others all the time is prevented.

Multidisciplinary project teams
The project manager manages a project team, in which various professional disciplines are included. These so-called multidisciplinary project teams operate methodically, using a thematic approach to obtain the intended result.

Thematically approach, what does that mean?
This always starts at the determination and definition of the project result to be realized. With this continuous testing takes place concerning availability, reliability and affordability to come to a detailed and performable automation schedule, in which demands and solution seamlessly come together. After that, all necessary activities are divided in logic stages, also called project phasing.

Project phasing
The phased approach ensures that the project manager and the project team always know what is left to do and what is still coming. So they can concentrate on the activities that are important at the moment, without agonizing over phases to come. In the phased approach one works from global to detail, so no parts are overlooked.

Your project is ready, what's next?
When the project is delivered to you, it is within the KSE organization also delivered to the service department. Depending on your type of service contract, the Service helpdesk is from that moment standby during 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Measured training
Unique at finishing of the project is the education of your employees. This is very important because in this way the possibilities, the project offers, are directly used and thus they yield directly. For this purpose KSE offers measured trainings. If you want, a certified trainer takes care of training in the training room in Bladel or at location.
